It is a charming small and pleasant property located in Cannaregio district near to restaurants and transportation, the square in a different building and the main shopping road to REalto bridge and San Marco square. The standard queen room is air-conditioned and has 2 windows and a heating system.

Overall a really really nice stay during our 2 week vacation. Fairly clean place with river views and gentle and amiable staff. Friendliness from the whole staff. Marvelous breakfast, new-fashioned standard double room. Large bed for sleeping. Stunning setting in the really quiet area, very close to the bridge. Fabulous food in the outdoor restaurant in the vicinity: )

Marvelous breakfast with lots of hot/cold dishes. Amazingly attentive and patient staffs, gave a few recommendations. Absolutely perfect and comfortable location in safe area, so close to the square as well as all the shops and restaurants. Again, walking distance to a landmark bridge.

Safe and ideal place with pleasant views of the river. Particularly good location in the center of the island close to everything and gentle staff. Also - right by the major sites, all the stairs and bridges and where the Sotoportego del Magazen meets Calle del Magazen. A lot of great food.

The hotel was set in a central area so close to the square in a different building, the ferry to the Marco Polo airport and water taxi. Well-equipped and nicely decorated units on the upper floors, we greatly enjoyed it.

This hotel was set in a central area adjacent to Saint Marks square, where the Sotoportego del Magazen meets Calle del Magazen and the very centre. The breakfast was marvelous and great as expected with eggs, croissant and crusty bread.

osteria dal riccio peoco is a short walk to the hotel. even the marco polo airport was not so far. brilliant place for a weekend in venice.
